Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by A & E to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company.

Prices, Specifications and Policies

All prices exclude freight. A & E reserves the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. We make great efforts to ensure the prices and specifications of our goods are as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price or specifications of goods can change rapidly. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods be unavailable or if prices or specifications differ from those presented on this web site.

Freight and Delivery

Here at A & E we believe we have the lowest prices in New Zealand. A & E prides itself on delivering goods to you as fast as possible but it cannot be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer for delay in delivery. All items are sent by courier unless otherwise stated. Dates given for shipment or delivery are for guideline purposes only but are not to be treated as a condition of sale.

Risk and Ownership of the Goods

Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer or to the address specified by the customer. If a carrier is used to effect delivery, delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer, and all claims for goods damaged in transit shall be made to the carrier immediately after the delivery of the goods to the customer.
Pending cleared payment in full of all monies due under this contract or in respect of any other monies owed by you to A & E the goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of A & E as legal and equitable owner.

A & E is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

To return products to A & E, please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.

Our Quality Control team inspect every delivery into A & E to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us toll free on 0508 243 274 to arrange return delivery and an exchange or refund.

Your Privacy

We respect your privacy and we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information. We do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld.
